The whole image is a form of a hazmat suit head gear to our frontliners in this pandemic battle. the upper portion of the head is water and energy symbolize the power of the divine and the frontliners and the lower part is the fire symbolize the curve of the pandemic. The eyes in boxy type symbolize the houses or shelter to keep them in temporary isolation so that the virus wont spread and they are also part of the battle as hero by sacrificing themselves in quarantine so that they cannot spread virus or get infected and that's why it was located in the eye area because the ordinary citizen has vital role too.
