Reconnecting With Anxiety

My anxiety regarding swimming is something that I’ve dealt with since I was eight. When I swam in meets, I felt like I was drowning. Others feel that way about the pandemic, that they were drowning. I’ve understood my anxiety, quitting swimming and improving mentally. I stopped drowning and began to float. This image conveys how the anxiety that people feel towards their situation is something to understand. Through that understanding, they can float.
