Reconnecting With Myself
Over covid everything was pretty tough. I was stuck inside of my home for the majority if not all of the day and I was unable to go places or do anything. Mentally I was just a little spaced out but I was able to reconnect with myself using nature to be able to connect to myself calm down and control my feelings. I was also able to completely reset. I found that being able to relax and do recreational things helped me to focus more and be able to be more mentally healthy.
