Penguins have always been an obsession of mine since I was little. However, as I grew older and the pandemic shrouded my view of past interests my fondness for the waddling birds faded. This past winter I was able to reclaim and reconnect with nature and penguins during an expedition to Antarctica. I re-kindled my passion while seeing Gentoo penguins gracefully swimming by just like in this image.
