During covid we were drowning in the constant flood of historical events. Not only had we been disconnected with society, but also with our true emotions. By reading the news and looking at how things had changed for better and for worse, we discovered that reconnecting with the past was key to projecting forward. We can no longer deny the headlines and statistics, but we can reconnect with them, make peace, and embrace the new normal.This project was a collaboration between photographer, Sally LaDuke, and model, Leigh LeFevre.
