During quarantine, moments outside of my house were limited. So when the restrictions were somewhat lifted, and we felt comfortable venturing outside, the first place my family went was the beach. To me, the beach is perfect; with the ocean breeze, seagulls flying high above, sandcastles being built, and the gentle blue water. I took it for granted, and so that is why I truly made the attempt to reconnect with this special place.
