Building a healthy human relationship is critical and exposing ourselves to in-person contact allows for deeper relationships and connection.  The power of eye contact is undeniable.  It makes people feel engaged, like you are trustworthy,  that they are heard,  that you are in an intimate conversation.  I am happy to get back to that!
