The past two years have taken a toll on mental health and wellbeing, from healthcare workers on the front lines to everyone who spent over a year at home on Zoom. During the pandemic, or now as we enter a new normal, we are starting to reconnect with our mental health and wellbeing. The flowers represent how quarantine allowed for mental wellbeing to flourish. The draining color represents how the pandemic negatively affected mental health.
