She looks within to find answers The snake scares her The green ribbon intertwined within it brings mental health awareness A sigh of relief is released seeing the medical crosses She washes her hands and sits in peaceful meditation thinking of the lotus, the hand, and leaf-like shapes Loneliness takes over seeing people in circles taking their distances Yet she smiles with a sense of liberation knowing Mother Earth is thriving again with the snails, the grass and animals roaming freely The world is in her palm as she sits quietly and self-reflects with the bird above her Her mind is expanding and growing like the leaves of branches in Spring She extends gratitude to herself and the world knowing that we are all in this growth together
