I chose to go very basic with my design to reflect how impactful a simple change can be. Wearing a mask is symbolic of showing the people around you that you care. The heart in my artwork represents that love and care. The tan lines are a playful, universal way to convey the message that we'll be ok. It's not what we're used to, and probably not how we'd like to look, but saving lives can be as simple as wearing a mask. Lastly, the heart is smiling because of the pride one feels from doing something that benefits others.
