SELF-HUG
We all need hugs during tough times but sometimes we can't give or get them. Simply loving on our own selves can make a huge difference in our lives, not only for the immediate moment of stress-reducin' immune boostin' physical and emotional health benefits, but for our deepening relationship with our own inner-selves too! Bonus: practicing self-love automatically teaches us how to love even more than we knew we could by default and that's a win/win right there. :) There are so many of those who live alone and are in isolation during this time - this poster isn't just about self-hugging, it's a visual hug for anyone who looks at it - for anyone that needs a nice solid hug right about now ( which I think we all do). ♥︎
