Throughout this pandemic, I have felt overwhelmed by fear. It was a constant that had refused to dwindle – until gradually, those I was fearing for have been able to get their vaccines. I wanted to create a piece that reflected the joy and hope that this vaccine has revived in me and so many others. Through joyful colors, illustration, and the idea of connectedness, I’ve created a piece that I hope can encourage others to see the opportunity to get vaccinated as something to celebrate.
