In uncertain times it's important to stop and take a breath. We're being bombarded with so information coming from every direction. As this information registers it makes anger rise, eyes water, and hearts ache. We are all collectively experiencing grief and suffering on many levels, some much more tragic than others. We have to remember that where there is darkness there is light. All around us flowers are blooming, babies are being born, the earth rotates and the sun shines. Life is happening amidst the unprecedented world around us. This is the light that reminds us that everything will be okay and reminds us to be happy.
