Amidst the chaos, the international community needs to stay apart to stay safe. Not interacting with others may cause mental instability. In my poster to battle COVID-19, I have included activities that meet the guiltiness of social distancing but also help the world stay healthy mentally. If you need to stay busy during the unprecedented times, you can cook, read, listen to music, or connect virtually. Being active can also inspire positive feelings and emotions. The use of bright colors portrays a sense of wellbeing. Staying physically healthy only does so much if you are sick mentally.
