In the artwork, I have drawn a map to indicate the interconnectedness of our globalized world and how COVID-19 has affected so many countries across the globe. Other scenes include a nurse and her daughter giving each other hugs in the air; nurses comfort each other, feeling panicked by the increasing number of patients; professionals quickly testing for a vaccine. While brave citizens of essential services are at the front line, we must do our part by staying home. Just like the little girl in my drawing, our hearts are with those who have been deeply affected by COVID-19.
