It may feel like a mirage to many Muslims around the world, since the way they celebrate Ramadan has drastically changed. Instead of having a community supporting you during the long fasts, they are now forced to stay home. But an outlet, not just Muslims, but many others are practicing to get through these days is to meditate. This can be done in many forms, whether that be reading, prayer, or just practicing some breathing exercises. Just these simple acts can help one get through the days.
