The poster was created in support of the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK, and all care workers of the world during the coronavirus pandemic. Under the current government, austerity cuts and threats of privatisation, have crippled the NHS and their response to the coronavirus. As the pandemic continues, this poster, originally part of a GIF, shows support for an understaffed, underpaid and under-equipped essential workforce, whose precarious situation echoes in others parts of the world. Performative gestures like evening clapping show care, but how can we go beyond to ensure health care remains/is free, everywhere?
