Take care of yourself and your community to stop the spread! This is mostly a call to action to protect healthcare workers and vulnerable populations. Right now what you can to do: don’t hoard, provide community support with your time and/or money, get involved in demanding support from the government, combat racism, do NOT travel unless it is urgent, maintain social distancing practices, immune build, and try to keep your spirits up. Our societies have survived many pandemics before, but let’s do our part to make a difference during this one.
