This acrylic painting reflects the reality of celebrity tequila and international agroindustries. As a Mexican immigrant from a rural community, we are suffering the global warming, displacement, poisoning, and exploitation of our land, labor, and culture as a result of internationally corrupted and oppressive systems that are actively and silently disappearing communities and activists in the other side of the border.
