During this time of anxiety in this epidemic, not only is our physical health at stake, so is our mental health. Naturally, as human beings we complain about the most futile things, and it only leads us down a rabbit hole of insecurity and stress. One way to help deal with this emotional trauma is to count your blessings. Research has proven that taking time to meditate or reflect on the positive aspects of life, can lead to a more positive mindset. It is important to be grateful and appreciate what you have, no matter how hard life may seem.
