This drawing is inspired by a lithograph from escher in which he looks at himself in a glass sphere. I wanted to create my own version of a doctor who looks at himself in the face of the corona virus. I tried to capture the emotional rollercoaster it must be for him, but at the same time the cold and especially lonely situation it is for the patients who cannot be with friends and family in their last moment.
