The Virus Doesn’t Discriminate.

Being far away from my family has been hard for me, art has been a way to relief myself from stress and anxiety. From living In a first world country to experiencing first hand how developing countries face this pandemic has truly impacted my family and I. The lack of resources that indigenous peoples and other people of colour have, has brought me to create this piece. A lot of the times we forget to see past our realities and forget that our actions can negatively effect others in other parts of the world. In these moments of chaos it is important to recognize the privileges that we have and stay home to protect those who can’t do so. The virus doesn’t discriminate means that it can infect anyone and everyone, regardless of ethnicity, social class/wealth.
