The Virus is Silent

Inspired by old propaganda posters and expressionist aesthetics, I'm struck by the ways in which we anthropomorphize an invisible threat like a virus, which factually has no malicious intent toward us at all. Potentially this is how we turn otherwise incomprehensible dangers into things we are capable of coping with, by projecting a little bit of ourselves upon them.
