Physical isolation has made the subject of loneliness less taboo. We cannot squander this moment and drift back to complacency in which loneliness is unacknowledged. This graphic jolts a sense of calm into the viewer by suggesting that they are being cared for by the Universe. By acknowledging we are not alone, my hope is that the viewer will feel less lonely and spurred to seek connection no matter where they fall on the scale of loneliness/connection on that particular day. In this way, this graphic is a subtle call for action to receive and to give.
