This symbol of hope, based on the V for Victory campaigns of World War II, represents Victory over the COVID-19 virus through science, medicine, and group effort. In this symbol the blues represent science and medicine, being the color of paper masks and hospital scrubs. The red of the COVID symbol stands for blood and danger, but also for action and immediacy. It is placed on a dawn sky signifying hope, with people coming together in mutual support. It is my hope that all people can join together in protecting ourselves and each other to end this pandemic.
