This is my town in Lander Wyoming. I believe that during this time or social distancing, it is important to remember ones community and the struggle of maintaining ones mental health. Gardening can cultivate a positive home environment as well as allow access to healthy home grown produce. This is a positive message that as a country we should be advocating for. It is something that people at home can do safely to boost the home life, mental stability, and provide the community with healthy food by donating excess to the food-bank. Small or large scale from a simple basil plant on your balcony to a raised garden bed, this activity can be meditative and good for the soul.
