Well being during lockdown
During this Pandemic, safe in our shells yet unsafe from the social pressure. The pressure to ‘do something new,’ ‘do something productive’ is bothering everyone and affecting their mental health. It’s important to spread awareness about giving yourself time, working on yourself and help yourself grow. There will be people holding bouquets of flowers yet not be happy, but it’s you who needs to bloom and outgrow into a happier version of yourself.
