Like so many, during this terrifying time I have really been struggling with my own mental health. Anxiety has kept me awake most nights, and I’ve been heavily relying on friends and family for comfort and support. It is so easy for the negative thoughts to become overwhelming and to get out of hand and become destructive. Don’t feel like you are the only one. Don’t suffer in silence. You are not alone.
