It's a shame to find out that most people have self doubts and thoughts of "I'm not good enough". I see many ways this idea has adversely affected my life and metal health. So much of advertising and marketing plays on the idea that we need to be better in some way. Life doesn't need to be a competition. I want to tell everyone - you are perfect.
