Women face the gender wage gap in the workplace every day. They are forced to take less pay than their male counterparts for the same work. Some people believe that the gender wage gap doesn't exist. I am here to tell you that, women make 79¢ to a man dollar. This 2020 and women are still making less then men for the same or more work. Lets not let this gender discrimination go any longer. Stand together to close the gap!
