My artwork is about being in the pursuit of curiosity. I chose this theme because inspiration, motivation, and creativity mainly root from curiosity. In the presence of 2020’s world events, I believe that these three sparks of curiosity are heavily needed for the world, and myself personally. My artwork represents what I am in pursuit of by depicting a Buddha Shrine and the words, “Get Curious.” The Buddha shrine represents the curious, open, and enlightening philosophy of Buddha. The words, “Get Curious,” is a reminder to become conscious of your own curiosity and inspirations. I would like viewers of my artwork to know that I believe that there’s no limitations to curiosity and your most intense ideas. When people see my artwork they will think about what intrigues them and what’s their motive. My artwork teaches others about finding inspiration from every little detail in the world around us.
