But, you also have to wash it.So each time you wash those jeans you would use 40 gallons. Now let's think about how many jeans you have and how many people own jeans in just america. In total, that would be 4,132,800,000 gallons of water to make the jeans. Therefore we should recycle jeans or go thrift shopping to help the environment.
