The theme for “Inspired to Grow” is the pursuit of a growth mindset. Someone with a growth mindset is an individual that works to achieve a talent, instead of someone who believes that they have to born with that talent. This mindset is important because it teaches us that we have to work toads our goals and it encourages us to look for different ways to achieve them. A growth mindset is taught at our schools more often and is a message in itself. We work for our own achievements, and if we keep an open mind it becomes easier to achieve our goals.
