I am in pursuit of change in ageism and spreading awareness on this issue. I've never come across an artwork regarding this topic since other injustice issues shadow it. I hope to see some changes in older people being more respected in workspaces. Some elders also want to work as much as possible, so it would be unfair for them to retire early forcefully, especially if they don't have a retirement plan ready. I am passionate about this issue because respect is a big part of my life, and I believe it is something everyone deserves, no matter the age.
