Kelly Joyce (she/her) Age: 17 Title of work: “No Freedom” The purpose of my work is to raise awareness about how many people are being controlled and oppressed around the world. LGBTQ+ rights are nonexistent in many countries, women in many countries are forced to listen to everything her husband says, and so much more that I cannot list. Many of these people are unable to speak their minds due to the punishments they might face, so I thought that through my work I can bring the truth to others. My photograph is supposed to make people question individual rights and look more into many different social issues.
