To discuss social injustice is a difficult thing to talk about among family, and friends, it can be even more challenging to go through social injustices very publicly and talk about them with a broader audience. The benefit however of doing so, is that we are making use of our freedom of speech. Having the right to speak our opinions freely in our society. Without being punished or restricted, is a privilege that we must not take for granted and must use to help others voice their experiences also. To talk about hard truths are necessary it is especially important today, as presently we do not live in an ideal world right now where we can live free of oppression, inequality and injustice to list a few. Moreover, some people suffer more than others. Certain people of colour, race, gender, and class face social justice issues almost daily. Marginalized minorities are specially treated unjustly and inadequately by higher-up authorities. Therefore, the right to speak freely about what social injustices exist in our society is a privilege and a gift that we must not take for granted and use its full potential. For example, Millions of Indian farmers are marching towards Dehli demanding the indian government abolish 3 new farming and deregulation laws that could jeoparadize the livelihood of farmers across India ( slackactivists ). We must stand together, and to make sure the injustice what is happening in our society and communities are addressed. I strongly believe that we should not be silent in times of Injustice because we do not live in an ideal world right now where we can live peacefully.
