Silently Observe
Look up and silently take in your surroundings. Whether you are indoors or outdoors, you may find yourself noticing something new you may have never noticed before, even in a familiar setting. We can get so caught up in our daily tasks that we may never really think to look at the people or things around us. Practicing this may help you focus on the present instead of focusing on the next thing on your to do list. It might help bring some tranquility to try to focus on the stories unfolding all around you.
