Recently, I have seen a good deal of arguing and invalidating within the LGBTQIA+ community online. People are saying that pansexuals are just bisexuals who want to be special, that asexuals just ‘haven’t found the right person yet’, that nonbinary people don’t exist, and so on. It’s painful to see so much fighting within the community when we’re all supposed to be on the same side. And when I see their arguments, it sounds almost exactly like what homophobes and transphobes say, which is scary because we are supposed to be working together to defeat them. I made this picture to show that, until we stop fighting each other, we will never be able to overcome the people who are oppressing us in the first place.
