I am in pursuit of stopping deforestation. The picture I used was a tree that my father took, to serve as a contrast to the text. My slogan aims to implore the viewer to take action, rather than just bring awareness. The word preserve illustrates that it is not enough to protect what we have, and I put emphasis on the word “we, as only humans are responsible for taking the required action. I believe that if we serve the environment the same way it serves us, we can make meaningful progress towards repairing our broken relationship with nature. Anindita Gooty 13 years old she/her
