Wilderness Needs Horizons
I was walking one day when I happened upon a caterpillar crawling along the thinnest line of plant growth in the pavement cracks. I took a photo and guarded the creature until it had crossed the path. This piece is a reminder that wilderness needs horizons in order to be sustained, not pavement cracks. In particular I think our urban spaces can be made more habitable and cohesive with the natural world.
