Women were always deprived of their rights, leaving them unable to vote or do anything compared to men. They began fighting for their rights back in 1848. This issue is still prominent today. Nowadays women still passionately strive to defend their rights. Protests is the main way they get out their message. Though amendments were passed to put an end to inequality, inequality still exists. I’m in pursuit of equality because I believe everyone should have the same rights. Women shouldn’t be treated any differently than men. Women shouldn’t be shutdown, but able to have a word in society. Together is stronger and smarter.
