Stay Resilient
This piece was created to uplift, inspire, and honor the history of Philippine nurses in American Medicine, and their contributions to fighting Covid-19. Re-created from an old black and white photograph, and drawn in color this work is meant to memorialize Filipino nurses and POC's essential position in healthcare. The "Stay Resilient" title exists as a beacon of hope for everyone who is affected, and tired yet still pushing forward and staying resilient in these times.
